I'll 'Be There' Through Your Closing Whenever there’s an Offer for your home, my role is to represent your interests rather than the buyer's. The Buyer normally has their own Realtor (a Buyer’s Agent). Offers to buy your home are made in writing and delivered to me for presentation to you. I’ll be there to assist in reviewing offers and discuss the particular benefits or pitfalls of a given offer. Additionally, I’ll provide a financial analysis of your ‘bottom line’ for each offer.
